Change brake light on 99 Ranger?

I need to change the brake light, found the two screw but cover will not come off. Any hints?

There might be four screws and the whole assembly has to come out. On the back of the assembly will be twist out socket that hold the bulb.



Edited: Found a better view of it and it looks like once you get the two screws out on the outside edge, you should lift up and pull the assembly outwards from the side.
