Changing a brake bulb on a Vauxhall Fontera.....?

I need to change a brake light and I can%26#039;t get into the section that holds the bulbs. Has anyone any idea how to get into it ??|||You need therapy.|||not sure sometimes the cluster is held by a thumb release spigot.....have you the handbook it should say in there...|||i do know on suzuki vitara%26#039;s you need to get underneath and get into the lights from the back of the bumper, real pain. frontera%26#039;s may be the same as most of that age 4x4%26#039;s mount rear lights in the bumpers.
