How do I change the middle brake light on my '06 Corolla?

I know how to do access the side brake lights in the trunk, but how do you access the middle brake light that sits in the center of the back window?

I imagine it's through an access panel in the trunk.
Pop the cover off by pulling at the corners away from the window, pull the tabs on the light shield, and replace the bulb with a 912 light bulb.
