How do you change a brake light bulb in a 1997 Honda Accord?

there should be an access panel in the trunk. it either flips open on a catch, or there may be screws (but i doubt that last one).

Flip open or remove the cover, twist out the socket that holds the brake lite bulb, remove the bulb, replace with new one (only goes in one way, so don't force it in), replace the socket unit, CHECK to see if it works first, then if all is well, close up the panel in the trunk.
