Brake lights won't turn off but it's not the light switch?

My brake lights won't turn off. I've already change the light switch near the pedal but it didn't help. I'd change the back light bulbs but that didn't help either.

What else could be the problem?

The only thing left is the relay. Replace the relay. You will have to consult with a service manual to tell you which one it is in the fuse and relay housing.

you might need to adjust the switch after you put it on.
you may have a short to ground....keeping the lights on all the time....you need to look at the wiring diagram and find that short.....
