'93 toyota pickup battery light and brake light on changed battery and alternator checks out fine what now?

Make sure there is enough brake fluid in the fluid reservoir. If you needed brake fluid the light would come on. I hope the battery and alternator really were bad and you didn't waste money changing things that didn't need to be changed. They are very expensive, but brake fluid is only about $5.00. Have a look at the brake shoes and pads, and replace them if they're worn too thin. When they wear down, the brake fluid fills in the brake line to take up the slack. That would be why the brake fluid gets low.
