take a sledge hamer and knock out old one and then think of all little things that have gone wrong on truck and keep going with sledge.
How do you change the brake light on a 2005 ford f-150?
Open the tailgate, and look for the screws that hold the light in place. Remove the screws, and the light will lift out. Now find the socket holding the correct bulb. It should turn and come out . Now you will be able to change the bulb. Hope this helps.
